John Bonnett III
John Bonnet serves as a strategic legal advisor to the American Health at Home Fund, bringing more than three decades of experience in complex mergers and acquisitions, healthcare transactions, and private equity deal structuring. As Managing Partner of Bradley’s Dallas office and a senior member of the firm’s Corporate & Securities Practice Group, John plays a key role in advising the fund on acquisitions, corporate structuring, regulatory compliance, and capital deployment strategy.
John has led hundreds of transactions across healthcare, technology, and services—representing both private equity sponsors and founder-led businesses. His experience includes serving as buyer counsel on platform and add-on acquisitions in the home health, hospice, private duty nursing, ABA therapy, and behavioral health sectors, often under accelerated timelines and in competitive, multi-state environments.
John earned his J.D. with honors from the University of Texas School of Law, where he served as Associate Editor of the Texas Law Review, and holds a B.B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin. He has been recognized in D Magazine's “Best Lawyers in Dallas” and The Best Lawyers in America® for both Corporate and M&A Law.
