<p>Jose brings a strong background in business finance and growth strategy, with deep experience working directly with entrepreneurs to solve complex financial challenges. Prior to joining JL Capital, he led BDA Solutions, where he specialized in helping small business owners restructure debt, improve financial performance, and prepare for capital events.</p>
<p>At JL Capital, Jose is responsible for initiating and managing the firm’s deal pipeline, conducting preliminary diligence, and supporting the evaluation of businesses for acquisition by the American Health at Home Fund. His ability to connect with founders, understand operational dynamics, and surface strong opportunities makes him a valuable asset to the firm’s growth platform.</p>
