Tony Fightmaster

Tony Fightmaster is a dedicated leader in Christian higher education, ministry, and stewardship, serving on Olivet Nazarene University’s Development team. With a background in youth and music ministry, evangelism, and admissions, Tony has spent decades helping students grow in faith, leadership, and purpose.

A former song evangelist and ministry leader, Tony joined Olivet’s Office of Admissions in 1986, later transitioning into Church Relations, where he co-founded the Preaching Ambassador and Music Ambassador program—a ministry initiative that has impacted hundreds of churches and students. His experience in donor stewardship and resource alignment led him to his current role in development, where he works with nearly 200 alumni and friends to secure funding for Olivet’s mission.

Tony’s deep connection to Olivet is personal—his four sons are all Olivet graduates, and he continues to invest in the next generation of leaders. Passionate about faith-driven education, ministry, and generosity, Tony sees his work as a calling to build the Kingdom of God by ensuring Olivet remains strong and mission-focused for future generations.
